We are so excited to have published our second issue of our digital magazine From the Field covering all things dairy in Northern Colorado. We spent hours vetting dozens of raw dairies offering herd shares in the area. Then we sought out artisan and farmstead cheesemakers who offer their wonderful cheese varieties along the Front Range. We visited with Tedi from Small Acre Farm to learn how she makes her wonderful goat’s milk soaps and lotions.
