Daily Sourdough Bread Schedule

All breads are sourdough unless otherwise noted.

All whole grains are heirloom and organically/regeneratively grown regionally and

freshly milled for us by The Flour Studio at Moxie Bread Co in Boulder, CO.

Our basic sourdoughs are made with our whole wheat starter “Maude”, flour, water and salt, and long fermented up to 36 hours.

We can also slice your breads with the exception of the rugbrod or breads made with dairy, fruit or nuts. We do slice breads with seeds (including sesame) for those of you with allergy concerns.
