We live in Loveland, Colorado, United States of America. We are a family who enjoys our livestock. We have lots of sheep, horses, cats, dog and even a llama.
Our family loves to eat lamb. They know what they have fed the animals and therefore know that the lamb meat is healthy. The Rambouillet meat seems to be sweeter and mellower than most meat. It could be the way we feed our lambs. At any rate, the restaurants that serve our lamb have gotten rave revues from their diners. We think you would like it also. Our meat is USDA processed and frozen. You could order a whole or half lamb, cut to your specifications. In addition to lamb meat, we also offer fleeces, wool and sheepskins.
