You can now order a single loaf, or several, of our 700 gram 40% whole wheat sourdough boules. All sourdoughs are made with our whole wheat starter “Maude”.
Our apricot sesame loaf is a wonderful versatile sourdough bread. we take dried organic apricots and fold them into the boule, then roll the top of the bread in black and blond sesame seeds. Great for sandwiches, or an accompaniment to soups or salads, alongside your charcuterie board or… French toast.
Ingredients: Organic Turkey Red Heirloom 65 Wheat Flour, Organic Colorado Whole Wheat Flour, Water, Organic dried apricots, organic sesame seeds, Sea Salt, may contain Organic Colorado Rye (rye may be added to starter if needed)
