Description
Our apricot sesame loaf is a wonderful versatile sourdough bread. We take dried organic apricots and fold them into the boule, then roll the top of the bread in black and blond sesame seeds. Great for sandwiches, or an accompaniment to soups or salads, alongside your charcuterie board or… French toast.
Ingredients: Organic T80 Wheat Bread Flour, Organic Colorado Heirloom Red Fife Whole Wheat Flour, Water, Organic dried apricots, Sesame Seeds, Sea Salt, may contain Organic Colorado Heirloom Ryman Rye (rye may be added to starter if needed)
