You can now order a single loaf, or several, of our 700 gram 40% whole wheat sourdough boules. All sourdoughs are made with our whole wheat starter “Maude”.
Like a little sweet in your bread? This is a wonderful and versatile bread. Filled with plump dried cranberries and organic pumpkin seeds for a little crunch. This is a great breakfast toast, or if your feeling fancy a great french toast, and also a wonderful compliment to savory tastes. Add to your cheese and charcuterie spread or make a yummy turkey sandwich.
Ingredients: Organic Turkey Red Heirloom 65 Wheat Flour, Organic Whole Wheat Flour, Organic Flour, Water, Organic Cranberries, Organic Pumpkin Seeds, Sea Salt, may contain Organic Colorado Rye (rye may be added to starter if needed)
