You can now order a single loaf, or several, of our 700 gram 40% whole wheat sourdough boules. All sourdoughs are made with our whole wheat starter “Maude”.
If you love poppy seeds you will love this bread. We coat the loaf in poppy seeds which makes a striking and delicious crust. Great for sandwiches, or an accompaniment to soups or salads, alongside your charcuterie board or topped with your favorites.
Ingredients: Organic Turkey Red Heirloom 65 Wheat Flour, Organic Colorado Whole Wheat Flour, Water, Organic poppy seeds, Sea Salt, may contain Organic Colorado Rye (rye may be added to starter if needed)
