Description
This is a simple snack cake, as the French would call it. Kept simple, it is wonderful with your afternoon coffee, or dress it up with some raspberry or chocolate sauce, or ice cream (coffee perhaps, or hazelnut). You won’t be disappointed because it is gluten friendly. Made with almond meal and buckwheat flour, it will satisfy even the fiercest gluten lover, and would be a great addition to a summer potluck or BBQ.
