Description
Learn all the basics for making amazing sourdough bread at home in this 6 hour hands on workshop. Class will cover understanding bread math, care for your starter, mixing, autolyzing, shaping and baking sourdough bread at home. Class also includes the following: starter, lame, dough scraper, proofing basket, written instructions.
Lunch will be provided.
