This is hands down one of our most popular breads at farmer’s market. We start by soaking seeds in our whole wheat sourdough starter overnight. Then we make this hearty loaf with just water, Colorado Rye and Colorado Whole Wheat Turkey Red flour and sea salt. Before baking we top it with even more seeds. Slice this hearty and healthy loaf thinly, toast it (or not) and pile up with your favorite toppings.
