You can now order a single loaf, or several, of our 700 gram 40% whole wheat sourdough boules. All sourdoughs are made with our whole wheat starter “Maude”.
Our rosemary loaf is a fan favorite of our savory selections. Dried organic rosemary is sprinkled throughout the loaf. This is a versatile bread. Great for sandwiches, or an accompaniment to soups or salads, dipping bread or topped with your favorites.
Ingredients: Organic Turkey Red Heirloom 65 Wheat Flour, Organic Colorado Whole Wheat Flour, Water, Organic Rosemary, Sea Salt, may contain Organic Colorado Rye (rye may be added to starter if needed)
