This is seriously everything you could hope for in a brownie. Rich, gooey, a little cakey, but not too much, with the unexpected addition of pistachios. We use Teff flour, a naturally gluten free flour originally from Ethiopia and Eritrea. This brownie is a fan favorite of everyone at the farmer’s market. You really won’t miss the glutens.
